Knowledge Bolt - Texas Harris County Pre Trial PTS vs. PTI

Hi Team, Reminder, when a client is ordered by Harris County we must ask if they are ordered by Pre-Trial Services (PTS) or Pre-Trial Intervention (PTI). If a client is ordered by Pre Trial Servies we must switch to the appropriate SOP. If a client is ordered by Pre-Trial Intervention or just Harris County use the standard Texas SOP and select the Harris County fee group option. Instructions below. Pre Trial Services (PTS)

• Select 'Texas - Harris County Pre-Trial' in the State dropdown

Pre-Trial Intervention (PTI) or Harris County Ordered no Pre-Trial

• Select 'Texas' in the State dropdown

• Select the appropriate Harris County Fee Group
