QT2 - QuickStart
QuickStart Ignition Interlock is certified, licensed and bonded with the Arizona Department of Transportation (Motor Vehicle Department) as an Ignition Interlock Device provider. We were established to do business in the state of Arizona in 2008 and have serviced thousands of satisfied clients through the state of Arizona. We understand the frustration and challenges involved with getting a DUI. Our priority is to make the process easy and provide clients with the best customer service and support in the industry. Pass BrAC Test

Failed BrAC Test
Test Result - Fail

High Failed BrAC Test
Test Result - High BrAC Failed Test

Temporary Lock Out
The vehicle is temporary inoperable

Service Reminder
A Reminder that the device is due for a monitor service.

Grace Service
Grace Days - User has x amount of days to take the device in for service before a permanent lockout

QT2 Perm Lockout
Device is in a permanent lockout. Client must tow the vehicle or offer an override code if state regulations allow

QuickStart Processes
QuickStart processes and device is identical to LifeSafer.
System:
-
Monitech Plus is the system used for QuickStart accounts. Username will be provided to you, typically it will have an 'm' at the end of your username.
The system operates identical to LifeSafer Plus.
Device:
-
QT2 operates identically to the L250. It has all the same features and functionality. The only difference is the outside casing.
Thirst Cup - Some clients may have a discreet 'thirst cup' this cup is being discontinued and locations are selling whatever inventory they have left.
LED Indicator Light - a light that is installed on the dash to help a client see their test when the light flashes.
Processes & Policies

All policies and procedures are identical to LifeSafer. The SOP must be reviewed on each and every call.
SOP:
-
Must select Arizona (QuickStart) when opening the SOP and viewing locations.
QuickStart locations are different then LifeSafer locations.
Overrides:
-
Override code process is the same as LifeSafer, must review the SOP.
