“I understand you would like to speak with your spouse before moving forward, usually when I hear a customer say this, it means I haven't done a good job explaining the value we offer. The device serves as a safety mechanism... giving you a sense of calmness with everything that is going on with Jimmy. Being proactive with this matter will be a huge benefit for not only Jimmy, but the family overall. You and your spouse won’t have to worry about accidents or speeding anymore. (Give benefits of the product and how it helps in this situation) This device is in high demand at this time let’s set you guys up for one before it is too late...
“I understand that this is an added expense but it is worth the peace of mind. you told me you were worried about Jimmy. Keeping money in mind, not acting on it could affect your insurance premiums, the cost of these speeding tickets right around $100 + dollars but more importantly; your families well-being. We don’t want to leave anything to chance right?”
“I certainly understand this, we are all on a budget, but, Jim, if you don’t handle this today... what’s going to happen with Jimmy’s speeding problem? What’s the next plan? This is a real concern... something moved you to call us today. We have reliable and safe equipment and yes, I am pushing for my product & features, but I also want to sell you a solution for this very real concern. (Concerned tone)
“One of the worst things I hear on the phone from clients is that their teen got into a wreck, this system is designed to help your teen build better driving habits. We can’t put a price on their safety, but we can prevent them from accidents, costly speeding tickets or even worst losing their life. Perhaps Jimmy can pay for this or even split the cost?
“Jim, I get it, we are all on a budget here, while this service may seem like an investment upfront, think of it as paying for peace of mind. Knowing that everything is taken care of and that you won’t have to worry about unexpected issues can save you more in the long run—both in terms of stress and potentially higher costs down the road such as court costs, speeding tickets, or even a DUI citation for example...
"Jim, I completely understand you want to save money, but it’s about more than just cost. Installing speed-limiting technology in your teen’s vehicle could literally save their life. We focus less on the potential risks after it’s too late and more on guiding young drivers toward a safer, more responsible way of driving. This is an investment in their future, and ultimately, their safety of others"
“Oh yes of course I know how important price is, we are all on a budget but can you really put a price on the safety of your spouse, child or family etc? He is less likely to get a costly speeding tickets, cause bodily harm to others, not to mention the insurance will skyrocket. $120 a month is not much compared to the thousands you can face if this behavior continues. Let’s get your son back to driving and you can be worry free before it is too late sir...”
“There will be a time when yelling at your child and paying costly court costs for speeding tickets won’t cut it, this device will teach them how to drive safe, somewhat retrain their brain to drive smarter”
“I understand, but unfortunately this device is not for sale. Not only does it cost thousands of dollars to build, but there is also licensing and monitoring requirements. You want access to all the reporting correct?
“I understand, however, this device is not for sale sir... the ISA is designed to be temporary once you and your teen are satisfied with the driving skills, simply have the ISA device removed from your vehicle. It’s free!” Minimum lease is 6 months
“Our minimum lease is only 6 months, therefore once you have taken the time to focus more on the goal of training the new driver you can take it off. It takes at least 6 months to develop good/better habits and that should be the main focus. LifeSafer ISA is all about making driving safer and giving you peace of mind throughout the learning and development period.”
"Jim, we know that seem like the better option, but this device costs thousands to build. The benefits of paying for a lease is you get customer support and weekly reporting as well. In the long run you will save money, but it’s about more than just saving. Installing speed-limiting technology in your teen’s vehicle could literally save their life. At LifeSafer ISA, we focus less on the potential risks after it’s too late and more on guiding young drivers toward a safer, more responsible way of driving. This is an investment in their future, and ultimately, their safety and after the 6 months you can just remove it. It’s free!”
"I totally understand—those tools are definitely helpful for awareness. But the key difference with our Intelligent Speed Assistant is that it’s proactive, not just reactive. Most apps tell you after your teen has already been speeding. By then, the risk has already happened. ISA steps in to prevent speeding as it’s happening, based on the exact road they’re on. It’s real-time safety, not just reporting."
"Most of those apps or devices, which usually come with monthly subscription fees, ISA is an investment that will actually changing driver behavior, not just monitoring it."
"That’s a great start—but a speed governor just sets a max speed, like 90 or 100 mph, right? So your teen could still drive 50 in a 25-mph neighborhood or speed through school zones. It doesn’t adjust based on road limits, and it doesn’t help in day-to-day driving situations where the real danger often is."
"Also, newer vehicles with governors often include a shut-off switch, so they’re not exactly teen-proof. With ISA, there’s an override button for safety—like if you need to pass someone quickly—but it can’t just be disabled or turned off by your teen. It’s designed to keep them safe even when they don’t want to be."
