Promotional Guidelines

🌟 Promotional Guidelines – Use with Discretion 

Before offering any promotion, always ask: 
➡️ “How long do you plan on needing the device?” 
This helps determine which promo tier they qualify for. 

❗️Promotions are meant to reward commitment and help close deals — not to be given away up front. Build value first, and always collect a debit or credit card on file when offering a credit or discount. 

📍Promo Eligibility by Lease Term: 

Lease Term - Promo Options (Choose One Unless Otherwise Noted) 

Under 3 Months -❌ No promotions allowed. Build value. Offer only full price. 

3–6 Months -✅ $25 Credit OR Waive Admin Fee OR Up to $50 Credit 

6–11 Months - ✅ One (1) Month Free OR Labor Credit (cannot combine) 

12+ Months -✅ One (1) Month Free AND Labor Credit (can combine both if necessary) 

Enrollment Code ($25 Off) - ✅ You may add up to $100 total in stacked credits (with leadership approval) 

Price Match: 

  • Allowed only with leadership approval 

  • Debit or credit card must be on file 

  • No lease term requirement 

  • ❌ Not available in West Virginia, Virginia, or for PAM devices 

  • No price match with ZERO upfront plans (*Quickstart, Guardian Zero upfront etc.) 

  • Indigent Clients do not qualify for Price match or promotions

IMPORTANT AGENT REMINDERS: 

  • Promos are not automatic – they are tools, not giveaways. 

  • Always build value before offering a discount. Explain the benefits of the product and the reliability of the service. 

  • Use discretion – giving away too much too soon hurts long-term client value and cheapens the product. 

  • Confirm payment info before applying any credit. 

  • Confirm that the cleint does not have an active enrollment code valued at over $25 

Enrollment Codes - "Did anyone refer you to contact LifeSafer, did you get an enrollment code or did a partner or agency refer you?"

Enrollment Code Rule: 

  • No minimum lease requirement

  • NO other promos can be added

  • **DO NOT ADD ANY PROMOS in "Account history" they are already built into the fee group based on your enrollment code selection.  (you can only apply an enrollment code if the enrollment code promo is $25 or less)

Agents must select the proper enrollment code referral in the dropdown on the enrollment screen. Discounts will automatically populate once added no need to add any additional discounts.

NEVER remove an enrollment code *Please ask for leadership approval when you need to complete any action that requires you to remove an enrollment code.
