Promotional Guidelines

  • Price match can be honored with no minimum lease requirement (leadership approval required)       

    • *NO Price Match for PAM, VA, and WV"

  • Under 3 months NO PROMOS 

  • Over 3-6 months $25 credit, waive initial administration fee, or up to a $50 credit 

  • Over 6-9 months is either 1 month free or labor credit (can not combine both)

  • Over 9 months and above they can combine 1 month free & labor credit

  • If the account has an enrollment code of $25 off - You can add additional credits up to $100

Enrollment Codes - "Did anyone refer you to contact LifeSafer, did you get an enrollment code or did a partner or agency refer you?"

Enrollment Code Rule: 

  • No minimum lease requirement

  • NO other promos can be added

  • **DO NOT ADD ANY PROMOS in "Account history" they are already built into the fee group based on your enrollment code selection.  (you can only apply an enrollment code if the enrollment code promo is $25 or less)

Agents must select the proper enrollment code referral in the dropdown on the enrollment screen. Discounts will automatically populate once added no need to add any additional discounts.

NEVER remove an enrollment code

Sales KPI's

​Beginning the first full month after a Sales Agent graduates from new hire training, the agent must 
maintain a minimum achievement in all Key Performance Sales Indicators (KPSI’s). The minimum 
expected performance is as follows for each month:

  • 50% (or above) SDR 

  • 65% or greater install rate (as defined by missed and cancelled rate – 100%)

  • Average credit of $55 or lower per scheduled install rate

  • 7% price matching rate or lower

  • A 90% or greater Quality Assurance Score

If a Sales Agent falls below any of these minimum standards during a month period, a Corrective Action Plan will be prepared.
