My Account and PLUS Web Update

Make a Payment
The Make a Payment update encourages the client to enroll in Auto Pay, pay their past due balance, and if they don’t enroll in Autopay, they can make payments prior to their next service appointment!
With this update, the client will be getting a one-time payment link via text, that will lead them to a page on their phone where they can complete their payment.
There are three new links displayed: Send Secure Payment Link - Plus Web and My Account Take a Payment - Plus Web Make a Payment - My Account
Send Secure Payment Link
Secure Payment Link is displayed in PLUS and My Account
Support team members can send a client or person who is going to make a payment for the client with a secure link that allows a one-time payment on the client’s account.
If the location is not configured to accept payments a red message stating this fact will appear below the Send Secure Payment Link button.

Once you click on the Secure Payment Link Button, below will appear a tab asking to select Vehicle and the number of monitor days (14 or 30)
Click the Get Summary button which will then show the payment that is due in the Invoice Summary in “Total Due Amount”
This is the amount it will show on the link you’re sending the client to make their payment, make sure to review.
The bottom line will be populated with the Client’s phone number and allows you to update the phone number if someone else is making the Client’s payment with a Send Message button.



After the client clicks on the link sent to them, they are taken to the My Account Secure Payment.
The page contains Payment Summary and the entry for a single use Credit Card.
Once the client enters their credit card and agrees to the usage terms the Make
Payment button is active, and they can submit the payment.
The client has 10 minutes to complete the payment after the link is sent, and if it expires a message will be displayed on the screen notifying the client to reach out to our support team for assistance.
In case the client is paying on the web on their phone and not at a computer, the page will fit in their phone screen.



Take a Payment Link
Take Payment is displayed under Account History in Plus Web
This link assists our contact center team members by auto-calculating the clients’ next monitor payment.
Also allowing the team member to select a credit card on file to use to make payment for the amount due. The Take Payment button is located on the Account History tab and the bottom of the account history below the current Add New Invoice button.


Make a Payment
Make a Payment is displayed on My Account for the client.
Make a Payment encourages and allows a client to make payments ahead of their upcoming appointments and promotes the use of Auto Pay.
When the client goes to the Payment page of the My Account site there will be a new tab, that allows them to select their vehicle, select the number of days they would like to purchase, review a payment summary, and select a payment method they would like to use to make the payment.
Once the payment has been received, the client is transferred to the Account Information page where they can see the invoice for the payment they have just completed.
