This team focuses solely on inquiries related to WASHINGTON clients who have an active balance and whose service dates are either current or upcoming.

Note: This department operates separately from ART.

Balance/payment arrangement call comes in from a WA client and the service date is 21+ days in the past.

• Contact Center Agent will route this call to ART.
  

Balance/payment arrangement call comes in from a WA client and the service date is less than 21 days delinquent or in the future.
