BPS - Billing & Payment Support

This team focuses solely on inquiries related to clients who have an active balance and whose service dates are either current or upcoming in the following states:

  • Arizona

  • California

  • Colorado

  • Florida

  • Maryland

  • Missouri

  • Montana

  • New York

  • Nevada

  • Texas

  • Washington

  • Wyoming

Note: This department operates separately from ART.

Review the guidelines for determining whether to direct inquiries to BPS or ART.


If the client's service date is 21 days or MORE in the past, and they need help with their balance/payment arrangements etc, please send them to ART.


Agent will look if the ART Payment Arrangement checkbox is checked.

  • If it’s checked, they will route this call to ART

    • 1-855-794-1096


If client service date is current or LESS than 21 days in the past, and they have question regarding their balance/payment arrangements etc, please send the client to BPS (Billing & Payment Support).


  • If it’s not checked, they will route this call to BPS.

    • 1-844-337-9156




Attention: If the client is currently in service but the client is carrying a balance and ART is NOT INVOLVED, please transfer to BPS. Additionally, please pay special attention to the Colorado accounts and look for any notes from ART as sometimes the checkbox for ART continues to become unchecked due to a system glitch.
