Removals

Currently all clients are voluntary and are removed at no cost for voluntary clients

Schedule as in install but clearly note that it is a removal

Fill out an ISA ticket so the Speed team will be alerted

Interlock Exchange/Service Appointments

ISA clients do not need to come in for monthly service

Any issues with the device schedule an appointment and fill out an SCS ticket so that they can assist if necessary

Submit a SCS > Location Support ticket​

Installations
-
If the client is not installed they need to be transferred to ISA sales to complete the sale
Tickets
-
Device issue tickets go to SCS after an appointment is scheduled (SCS does not contact clients. They assist service centers)

All other needs are an ISA ticket
Auto Pay

All clients are put on auto pay due to not needing to go in for monthly service ​

Adjustments to Settings
-
All adjustments require an appointment and a ticket to SCS
​
Calling Service Centers:
-
For all types of appointment - you must inform the Service Center that you are scheduling a Speed device and must submit an SCS ticket.
