Temporary Closure Pop Up and List
Inventory Pop-Up – Book Installations 5 Business days out If a location doesn't have inventory in stock a message will appear reminding agents how to properly schedule to allow time for a unit to be sent.
We must schedule the installation a minimum of 5 business days out to allow time for the device to arrive. No order form is necessary, Auto Inventory will ship the device out automatically
If the client needs a sooner appointment, locate another center that can accommodate sooner. “This location currently does not have any devices in stock for the installation. However, I can locate another location that can accommodate a sooner installation. You can always return to this service center for your future services”.
Location Hours of Operation Display
The location hours of operation will be displayed horizontally versus vertically.
Temporary Closure Pop Up and Display
If a location is temporarily closed the pop up in the SOP will display this.
Upcoming Closures: Temp Closure will display a list of dates for future planned dates that the location will be closed
