Knowledge Bolt - Location SOP Updates

Hi Team, We have some exciting updates coming to the Location SOP next week. Check out the additions below.

  • Inventory Pop up for installation appointments

  • Hours of Operation are listed differently

  • Temporary Closure Pop Up and List

Inventory Pop-Up – Book Installations 5 Business days out If a location doesn't have inventory in stock a message will appear reminding agents how to properly schedule to allow time for a unit to be sent.

  • We must schedule the installation a minimum of 5 business days out to allow time for the device to arrive. No order form is necessary, Auto Inventory will ship the device out automatically

  • If the client needs a sooner appointment, locate another center that can accommodate sooner. “This location currently does not have any devices in stock for the installation. However, I can locate another location that can accommodate a sooner installation. You can always return to this service center for your future services”.


Location Hours of Operation Display

  • The location hours of operation will be displayed horizontally versus vertically.


Temporary Closure Pop Up and Display

  • If a location is temporarily closed the pop up in the SOP will display this.


  • Upcoming Closures: Temp Closure will display a list of dates for future planned dates that the location will be closed
