Reminder, all locations are set up for Auto Inventory meaning when a location does not have a device in stock for the installation a device will be auto-shipped for the scheduled appointment. It is imperative that we schedule these installations at least 5 business days out for the device to have adequate time to arrive at the location. Devices will NOT be shipped overnight, DO NOT submit a ticket request for this.
Reminder a pop-up message appears when a location does not have adequate inventory to accommodate an installation, it is important that agents follow the instruction illustrated and schedule the installation at least 5 business days out. If an appointment is needed sooner, please locate another location that can accommodate the request.
