How to create email templates

Here are the instructions to create email templates. To check on the email templates available please check on the "Service Email Template" Post


1. In Outlook, click on “New Message” on the top left.



2. On the bottom of your new email, click on the ellipses (three dots) next to Send/Discard options and select “My Templates”.


3. On the My Templates menu on the right, click on “Template”




4. Add the Title and Body of the template and save.


5. You will see the templates saved on the right side of your email



6. Click on the template to load it into your new message.
