The Call Flow is set up like a Recipe and if you add all of the ingredients, you will find yourself always rising to the top on every occasion!


Here are the 8 Ingredients to a Great Call.

  1. Identify the client's needs  

 

  1. Research/Review   

 

  1. Deliver resolutions/plans  

 

  1. Complete the process needed  

 

  1. Ask the client if they need additional assistance

 

  1. Closing (Brand the call)
