Effective Monday, February 17th, a new pricing structure will be implemented for indigent clients in Washington. Indigent clients with a specific fee group will be required to pay DP (direct pay) fees, which will be paid directly to the service center. The SOP will be revised to reflect this change.
Indigent clients will still need to provide their DOL letter to the indigent team before they can be placed in the indigent fee group.
Please be aware that this update does not affect existing indigent clients in Washington. It is important to pay close attention to details and quote accurately.
The fee group on the file will be listed as WA Indigent 2024 Camera DP
