Generally, there are three main LifeSafer fees that a client will pay when going in for the Monitor.
Daily Monitoring FC100
Daily Loss Protection plan (if applicable)
Reporting Fee (If applicable)
However, there are a handful of states that may have additional fees or may be exempt from the fees listed above. Please remember to review your SOP before proceeding to quote a client regardless of their conviction state.
South Carolina
Participates in Direct Pay
Offers Auto-Pay
If an SC ordered client gets serviced out of state, they are not paying the state fees.
State Specific Fees:
State Require Monthly Fee - Charged once a month.
Camera Monthly Monitoring Fee - Charged once a month.
State Fees are collected at the shop at the time of service.
Virginia
Does not participate in Direct Pay
Offers Auto-Pay
If the client is serviced outside of Virginia, the state fee may not be charged
State Specific Fees
Virginia VASAP Fee - Charged once a month.
Virginia VASAP Fee can be collected via Autopay.
Oregon
Participates in Direct Pay

State Specific Fee Name:
OSP Fee - Charged once a month.
State Fees are collected at the shop at the time of service.
You may need to double the quantity as the client typically gets serviced every 60 days.
Reporting fee - whether it comes in at a daily rate or monthly rate it needs to match the number of days that the client is getting serviced for
Washington

State Specific Fee Names:
DOL Fee - Charged once a month.
WSP Daily Service Fee - Daily Charge
DOL fee can be collected via Autopay.
WSP fee is collected at the shop at the time of service.
Since the state allows a variation of Monitor days, ask the client how many days they are getting serviced for in order to quote properly.
Whether the client is getting serviced for 30 days or 60 the DOL must match (30 days of service= 1 DOL fee)
