Ever forget how to schedule an appointment in the Plus system? Here are the steps needed to be successful.
To add an appointment, click on New IID (Ignition Interlock Device) Appointment
Make sure that you have the correct vehicle and service selected.
Click on Select Date and Time
The scheduling screen will display.
Follow the SOP for scheduling instructions, based on the location (shop) where the Client will have the device serviced.
The Clients have x amount of grace days to take the device in to get serviced. If client fails to take the device in within their grace period, they will be in a Perm Lockout.
Click on the yellow monitor bay.
Confirm that there is enough time available on the schedule for the appointment.
Gray indicates the time slot is unavailable.
Select “Save” and you should return to the appointment tab in Plus and see the appointment you scheduled.
Congratulations. You've just scheduled an appointment.
