At the moment, our system only supports one card, therefore, client’s may only have one active card on file at a time.
Adding a New Card will disable any prior card that was on the account.
You will double click on the ‘Billing Days’ and change it from 14 to 30 (vice versa), then select ‘Update.’
Adding a New Card
You will select the ‘Credit Cards’ tab in the top right-hand corner of the client’s account page.
To add a new card to a client’s account, you will select ‘Add New Card.’
You will have two choices, make sure to select 'Automatic Payment.'
If the Paid to Date is in the past, the automatic payment option will be grayed out with a message: Paid to date must be current or in the future to add a card for Automatic Payment.
The payments screen will appear, and you can enter the client’s credit/ debit card information.
The client's card will be charged for $0.01, to ensure that the card is working and active.
Updating the Billing Interval
You will select the ‘Credit Cards’ tab in the top right-hand corner of the client’s account page.
You will see the card information on that page.
