Once you’ve selected the correct location you will see the schedule pop up. You should right-click over the time slot that you want to place the appointment. It should look like this.
You’ll then see a New Appointment Pop up, and you add a note in the Description bar if needed, make sure the correct type of appointment is scheduled d Click Save. Your appointment will then be scheduled. The appointment will be shown on the service center's schedule as well as on the client's account under client activity summary.
To change location of a client's appointment:
- Cancel the appointment
- Change the location
- Reschedule appointment
Make sure that you cancel the appointment before rescheduling another appointment at a different location to make sure that the client doesn't get charged for a MAF.
When doing a state to state transfer it is a very similar process to changing a location. You will still need to make sure that the client is able to be serviced out of state.
To change location of a client's appointment to another state:
- Cancel the existing appointment if applicable
- Change the state and location
- Reschedule appointment
