Before submitting a request to the Reporting Team, please review the following:
Always review the SOP for guidance before taking action.
Carefully read the account notes every time.
Confirm whether the issue has already been resolved or is currently being handled.
Do not submit duplicate requests.
Confirm all client details for accuracy before moving forward.
Before sending a request to the Reporting Team, verify all client information:
Full legal name as it appears on their driver's license/ID
Date of birth
Address, email, and phone number
Driver's license number
Vehicle details including VIN and plate number
Verify state of conviction
Clearly identify and document the client's issue with a specific detail
Leave thorough and detailed account notes.
Select the appropriate UTR request type:
Client Records Request - For clients requesting a report for themselves or a third party. Review the SOP CRT tab for full guidelines.
Reporting Request – For official state reporting needs only.
