BEFORE SUBMITTING A TICKET TO CRT PLEASE CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING.
● Always review the SOP for instructions.
● READ the account notes in detail at all times
○ Determine if the situation has been resolved or is being worked on
● Do NOT create duplicate requests
● Always verify the client information for accuracy
● Before submitting a ticket, VERIFY ALL CLIENT INFORMATION
○ Verify the Client’s name (First, Middle, and Last Name)
○ Date of Birth
○ Address, Email, and Phone Number
○ Driver's License
○ Vehicle Information, VIN, and Plate Number
○ Verify correct State of Conviction
○ Determine and notate the client's issue, be detailed.
● Always leave detailed account notes
● Submit the correct UTR ticket
○ Client Records Requests - Only for clients requesting a report for themselves or a third party. (Review SOP for additional details)
○ Reporting Requests - Only for State Reporting Requests
