Voluntary Refresher Program

How does this work?

  Knowledge and Resources play a huge part in your workday. What you know as a Customer Service agent is very important. With the Voluntary Refresher Program, we intend for you all to have easier access to review topics and walk through information you may have learned from Day one.

  At the bottom of this page, you will see a sign-up form asking for your information and what topic you may be interested in reviewing or need assistance with. Once this is submitted your request will be reviewed by your supervisor and Skillful Minds team.

 Approval is required to move forward. Once approved you will be provided with directions on what materials you should review. This may include:

  • A Refresher Video

  • Helpful Knowledge Articles

  • A Recorded call

  • A Knowledge Review

​

 If we do not have a Refresher Course already created to meet the requirements of your request, a course will be created. Upon Approval time will be provided to you so that you can focus on reviewing the Refresher material.
