When trying to troubleshoot a device with an error code, there are various protocols that may be applied:
Review the Device Error Code list found here:
Utilize the Troubleshooting Support chat in Teams for assistance.
Contact an After-Hours Technician for additional troubleshooting. These are internal numbers only, do not transfer or share with the client.

Advise the clients that this is something that needs to be further diagnosed at one of our approved service centers and schedule the appointment accordingly.
Make notations in the clients account outlining the error code number and any additional details.
