How to Select a Disposition

1. Click SET DISPOSITION in Five9.

2. Select the appropriate main category.

3. Navigate through any additional menu options.

4. Choose the disposition that best represents the primary reason for the call.

Remember: Select the most applicable disposition, even when multiple actions occur during the interaction.
